The website is designed to display details of all items added to your shopping cart during the purchase process, allowing you to modify your order details before completing the payment. All orders are subject to the availability of products within this framework. If any difficulties arise regarding the availability of products or if there are no remaining items in stock, we will provide you with information about alternative products of the same quality and value or higher, allowing you to order them if you wish. In this case, we will refund any additional amount paid by you.
We reserve the right to remove any product from the website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content from it. While we always make every effort to accept all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse the acceptance of an order after sending the order confirmation. In such cases, we have the right to do so at any time, and then we will inform you and offer alternative products as mentioned in the previous paragraph.
We are not responsible to you or any third party for the removal of any product from the website or for the removal or modification of any material or content from the website or for the non-acceptance of an order after sending the “order confirmation.”
Despite what is stated above regarding product availability and excluding exceptional circumstances, we aim to dispatch the order consisting of the products listed in each “shipping confirmation” before the date specified in the relevant shipping confirmation, or if there is no specific delivery date within the estimated timeframe mentioned when selecting the delivery method.
However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or related to the delivery area.
If we cannot meet the delivery date for any reason, we will inform you of this situation and provide you with the option to proceed with the purchase, specify a new delivery date, or cancel the order with a full refund (bearing in mind that we do not deliver to homes on Fridays and official holidays).
Once you or a third party takes physical possession, we consider the delivery to be completed or the order to be delivered, which is confirmed by signing the order receipt at the designated delivery address.
In the event that we are unable to deliver your order, we will attempt to find a safe place to leave it. If we cannot find a safe place, your order will be returned to our warehouses. At that point, we will provide any relevant information about the whereabouts of your order and what needs to be done to redeliver it.
If you are not present at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact us to arrange delivery on another day.
If your order is not collected within 14 days from the delivery date for reasons not attributable to us, we will assume that you wish to cancel the contract, and it will be terminated.
As a result of terminating the contract, we will refund you all the payments received from you, including delivery fees, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method different from the ordinary delivery method we offer without undue delay.
Please note that within 14 days from the date of terminating this contract, additional transport costs may be incurred due to contract termination, and in that case, we have the right to charge you those additional costs.
Our immediate delivery service is available for items in your order in limited areas. Please note that you can select the immediate delivery option at the store, but as this is subject to stock availability and other factors, you can choose this option when completing your order.
If we notify you that immediate delivery is available, your order will be available for pick-up from the store before the estimated delivery date provided in the shopping guide section on our website.
Once immediate delivery for your order is prepared, we will contact you to inform you that it is ready for pick-up. You can either pick it up in person (by providing the order number and identification) or you can designate another person to pick up the order on your behalf.
In this case, the appointed person must provide the order number and proof of identity.

Products are under your responsibility from the moment of delivery as explained above; you acquire ownership of the products when we receive full payment for all amounts due, including delivery fees, or upon delivery (as agreed upon).
Products purchased on our website (www.medicalme.co) may be subject to value-added tax or other applicable taxes in Egypt, and the advertised price of some products may be incorrect.
Despite our best efforts, errors may occur, and if we discover an error in the price of any products you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot contact you, the order will be considered canceled, and we will refund you the full amount paid.
We are not obliged to provide you with any product at an incorrectly low price (even if we have sent a shipping confirmation) if the price error is obvious and can be reasonably recognised as an incorrect price.
All prices on the website include value-added tax, but do not include delivery fees, which are added to the total price as indicated in the shopping guide (please review the delivery fees section).
Prices may change at any time; however (except as stated above), these changes will not affect orders for which we have sent order confirmations.

Your credit card details will be encrypted once we receive your order, and we request a pre-authorisation on your card to ensure that there is sufficient balance to complete the transaction. The amount will be deducted from your card at the time your order leaves our warehouses. When you click on “Authorise Payment,” you confirm that the credit card is yours.
Credit cards are subject to verification and authorisation by the card issuer, and if the card issuer does not allow payment, we are not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery, and we will not be able to enter into any contract with you.
Guest purchasing service is available on the website, and under this type of purchase, the necessary data for registration as a user or continued use as a non-registered user is only requested to complete your order when you have finished the purchase process.
The quick payment feature, referred to below as “Quick Payment,” facilitates purchasing processes on our website, where you need to enter shipping, invoice, and payment information for each purchase.
Quick payment is available in the “Shopping Cart” section, and to use quick payment, you must save your card information. You can do this when paying with any of the approved cards on this website by clicking on the “Save My Card Data” option. This will save the following data on your card: (card number, cardholder’s name exactly as it appears, card expiration date). To save your card information and use quick payment, you must accept the privacy policy and terms in effect.
By agreeing to use quick payment, you authorize the deduction of the purchase price through this tool from the relevant card associated with the transaction.
The use of the card is subject to the terms agreed upon between you and its issuer.
You can save information for any number of cards you want to use for quick payment, and to do so, you must complete at least one payment with each card. The last card for which information is saved is considered the “preferred card,” and purchases are automatically made with it through quick payment, unless you change it in the “My Account” section when using quick payment. You must click on the “Quick Payment” button that appears in the shopping cart to change it, and a screen will immediately appear with shipping, invoice, and payment information for the purchase. Please note that the information displayed on this screen cannot be edited, so if you notice an error during the purchase process, please do not use the quick payment service.
Note: These terms do not apply if you purchase goods as a guest.
If you contract as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, and the withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day of delivery.
You or any third party other than the carrier acquires physical possession of the goods, or in the case of multiple goods in one order delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins with the last goods delivered in the order.

For example, a letter by post or our contact form, of your decision to withdraw from this electronic contract. You can use the withdrawal form provided in the appendix, but it is not mandatory to meet the withdrawal deadline; it is sufficient to send your message regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
If you decide to withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional charges resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the standard delivery method we offer).
We will make these refunds using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed, and in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. However, we may delay repayment until we receive the goods or until you provide evidence.
You must deliver the goods to us at the store or with the courier company representative (as agreed) without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date of confirmation of shipment. Unless you deliver the goods to our store in Egypt or through the courier company as agreed, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling them differently than is necessary, depending on the nature and characteristics of the goods.
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal for consumers mentioned above, we grant you a 14-day period from the date of confirmation of shipment to return products, except for those mentioned in the following paragraph, which are excluded from your right to cancel.
You can exercise your contractual right of withdrawal following the rules mentioned in the previous paragraph if you notify us of your intention to withdraw from the contract after the legal withdrawal period has expired. In any case, you must deliver the goods to us within 14 days from the date of confirmation of shipment.
You do not have the right to withdraw from the contract when it concerns the delivery of any products that have been modified or customized at your request, as follows:
You can return any product to the store where it was delivered to you, which belongs to the same department as the product you want to return. In this case, you must go to the store and present the electronic receipt you received with the shipping confirmation, which is also available in your account on the website.
When returning products through the shipping company we have specified, you must contact us through our website’s form or via email at (sales@medicalme.co) to arrange for the product to be picked up from your home.
You must return the products in their original packaging and follow the instructions in the “Returns” section on this website.
If you have purchased any goods as a guest, you can request a return through the shipping company by sending an email to (sales@medicalme.co).
None of the above options will incur any additional costs for you after inspecting the item. Don’t worry; we will inform you whether you have the right to a refund or not, and delivery charges will be refunded when exercising the right to withdraw during the legal period.
After returning all relevant goods, the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible after we send an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the product is proceeding.
If you believe that the product was not as specified in the contract at the time of delivery, you must contact us immediately through our dedicated contact form and provide details of the product and the damages it has incurred.
You can also send an email to (sales@medicalme.co), and in that case, you will be required to return the product to the store or deliver it to the shipping company that we send to your home.
We will carefully examine the returned product and inform you via email within a reasonable period whether the product can be replaced or if you have the right to a refund (as applicable).
The refund or replacement of the product will be processed as soon as possible after the date of the email we send confirming that the refund or replacement process is proceeding. If a defect or damage is confirmed in the returned products, we will refund the full amount paid, including the shipping fees you paid.
Please note that the amount paid will always be refunded using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
