Return and Exchange Policy
Legal Right to Refund
If you decide to return a product you purchased from our website, we will refund to you all payments received from you, except for delivery charges (and any additional charges resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the regular delivery method we offer), without undue delay.
The amounts paid will be refunded using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any additional fees for the return of the goods, whichever is earlier for this refund.
We may delay the refund until we receive the goods through your delivery to us in-store or through an agreed-upon shipping company, without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days from the date of shipment confirmation.
If you do not deliver the goods to us in-store or via the shipping company, you will bear the full direct cost of returning the goods. You are solely responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that required, determined by the nature, characteristics, and performance of the goods.
Your right to cancel the contract applies exclusively to products that are returned in the same condition in which you received them. No refund will be made if the product has been used after opening it, or for products that are in violation of what they were when delivered, or in the event of damage. Therefore, take care of the products while they are in your possession.
Please return the products in their original packaging, including any instructions and other documents provided if available. In any case, you must send the products to be returned with the receipt you received when we delivered the product.
You are not responsible for delivery charges when exercising the right to return during the legal period (14 days). After returning all related goods, we will refund the amount paid to you as soon as possible.
If you notice during delivery that the product is different from what you saw on the website, you must contact us immediately via our contact form and provide details of the product and any damage it has suffered. You can also send an email to sales@medicalme.co.
Afterward, you must return the product to the store or deliver it to the shipping company we send to your home.
We will notify you by email within a reasonable period if it is possible to exchange the product or if you have the right to a refund after examining the condition of the product and ensuring that there are no defects or damages.
Payment or exchange of the item will be done as soon as possible after the date of our email confirming that the refund or exchange process is proceeding.
Upon confirming the absence of any defects or damage to the returned products, we will refund all amounts paid within a few days, including the shipping fees you paid. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
